Nantucket Food & Wine on Plum TV

Nantucket Food & Wine has teamed up with Plum TV and produced a new cooking show. The show features guest chefs from Nantucket restaurants and catering companies. We shot 3 pilots last year featuring Tom Proch from The Club Car, All Kovalencik and chef de cuisine Matthew Zadorozny from Company of the Caldron, and Tim from Cinco.

Mark Donato from the Nantucket Wine Festival and Sconseet Market is hosting the show. He has owned several restaurants and brings a lot of knowledge of food and wine to the show. Mark also has a great sense of humor and is a perfect host.

During the show the viewer will learn about the chef, their story, what inspires them, how they came to Nantucket and details about the restaurant. Each chef prepares an appetizer and entree and pairs it with a wine of there choice.

In Spring 2007 we shot 11 more shows that will air during the coming Summer on Plum TV on channel 22 on Comcast. The shows premier May 16th during the Nantucket Wine Festival. This summers episodes feature the following chefs from Nantucket restaurants and catering companies.
