First Course

Wine: Chandon Brut Classic sparkling wine. This wine offers balance and elegance in a classic brut style. Nutty flavors with complex apple and pear characteristics are accented by hints of citrus spice and brioches, building to a refreshing, dry finish.

Food: Grilled lobster tail with sweet aromatic Asian slaw.

Second Course

Wine: Chandon Blanc De Noirs sparkling wine. A delicate salmon color introduces aromas and flavors of wild cherry, currant and strawberry. These vibrant red fruit flavors are balanced with lively acidity and a soft, lingering texture.

Food: Lobster taco with shredded arugula, hearts of palm, mango, avocado, and orange chipolte on a soft shell corn tortilla.

Third Course

Wine: Domaine Chandon Chardonnay with layers of apple, white peach and crème brulee with subtle oak. Citrus notes with nuances of fig, honey and a typical Carneros flinty finish balance the creamy texture.

Food: Lobster with corn, lima beans and chervil on a toasted slice of baguette topped with a cream sauce.

Absolutely delicious!
