Welcome to Nantucket Food & Wine. With over eighty restaurants on our small island, we hope to give the visitor a taste of what Nantucket has to offer. Nantucket has some of the best restaurants in Massachusetts, and has a reputation as being a top destination for food, wine and beautiful unspoiled beaches.
Malcolm Brooks created the concept, designed, and built Nantucket Food & Wine. He has been a year round resident on Nantucket for the past 19 years. His love for the island, food, wine, the restaurants, restaurant owners, chefs, and local island characters were his inspiration behind creating this website. Not only will restaurants be featured, but so will the hard working creative chefs and sous-chefs that make the food taste so good. Local kitchens, wine cellars, kitchen products and cookbooks will also be featured.
This website will be evolving, expanding, growing and improving as the months go by, so please bear with us. The content, writing and articles will be fine tuned like a recipe as we go along. This is a big undertaking but we hope to do justice to the fine restaurants Nantucket Island has to offer. Malcolm is a designer and artist by trade and hopes to have help from others creating and writing interesting articles for this online magazine.
